The mission of the Roanoke Avenue Business Alliance, known as "RABA", is to alleviate the physical, economic, and social deterioration and increase economic activity and employment of the Roanoke Avenue Business District in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. The Alliance will seek to enhance the overall business and commercial environment and assist in the historic preservation of the Avenue, thus improving the quality of life for all people of the Roanoke Rapids Area.
